📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and optimize treasury settlement operations, including cash pooling, netting, and reconciliation.
• Monitor and analyze financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of treasury operations with other business functions.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in treasury operations.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury operations, with a focus on settlement operations.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, including but not limited to, Basel III, FATF, and local regulations.
• Proficient in financial analysis tools and software, such as Excel, Bloomberg, and Treasury Management Systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
