📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process by preparing purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents.,Maintain an updated inventory of medical supplies and equipment.,Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.,Monitor and track the status of procurement activities to ensure timely delivery.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the quality and quantity of purchased items meet our requirements.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and other related documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good understanding of healthcare industry regulations and standards.
