📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and submit accurate and timely customs declarations for import and export shipments.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant customs regulations, laws, and procedures.
• Conduct customs clearance audits and investigations to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Maintain and update customs documentation and records, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bill of lading.
• Provide customs clearance advice and support to clients, helping them to navigate the customs clearance process.
• Monitor and analyze customs clearance trends and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, operations, and finance, to ensure the smooth and efficient processing of customs declarations.
• Stay up-to-date with changes to customs regulations and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customs clearance, trade compliance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations, laws, and procedures, particularly in the context of international trade.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with customs clearance software and systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to travel and work in different locations, including international destinations.
