In this role, you will play a crucial part in our recruitment process, assisting the Head Recruiter in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for various positions within the company. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Conduct initial screening of job applicants through phone calls, emails, and in-person interviews.,Collaborate with the Head Recruiter to coordinate and manage the recruitment process for various job openings.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities.,Assist in the preparation and organization of recruitment materials, including job descriptions, interview guides, and assessment tools.,Provide support to the recruitment team in conducting background checks and reference verifications.,Stay informed about industry trends, recruitment best practices, and new technologies to enhance our recruitment processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and team members.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
