Bahagia Gita Gadget is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and optimize our vehicle fleet. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our vehicles are in good condition, maintaining a safe and efficient fleet, and coordinating with drivers and maintenance teams. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring all vehicles are in good working condition.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure safe and efficient operations.,Oversee vehicle maintenance and repairs, working with maintenance teams to schedule and complete service.,Track vehicle usage and fuel consumption to optimize fleet performance.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Manage vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and maintenance records.,Coordinate with third-party vendors for vehicle services and repairs.,Provide support to the operations team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
