📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all kitchen operations to ensure efficient and high-quality food production.,Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and service.,Create and implement daily and weekly menus based on customer preferences and inventory.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies to minimize waste and ensure cost efficiency.,Supervise the preparation of special dietary needs and allergies.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and ensuring high standards of food quality.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends and techniques.,Valid food handling certificate and health permit.
