As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various aspects of human resource management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job advertising, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR training programs.,Handle employee relations matters, including grievances and conflicts.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks, such as payroll processing and benefits administration.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, laws, and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
