📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.,Manage and supervise a team of pharmacist assistants, providing guidance and support.,Prepare and dispense medications accurately and efficiently.,Maintain an organized and well-stocked pharmacy inventory.,Provide expert advice and information to customers regarding medications and health products.,Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and effective pharmacy services.,Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using pharmacy management software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid pharmacy license and good standing with the regulatory body.
