As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensuring that all services are delivered efficiently and effectively. You will play a key role in maintaining the clinic's reputation for quality care and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and quality assurance standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve clinic performance and patient satisfaction.
  • Handle patient inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and manage the clinic's budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Participate in staff training and development programs.
  • Promote the clinic's services and build strong relationships with local healthcare providers and community leaders.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a clinical setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality assurance standards.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
