📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement people transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the redesign of HR processes and policies to support organizational change.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the company.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure people initiatives are integrated into business strategy.
• Oversee the implementation of new performance management and talent development programs.
• Build and lead high-performing teams to drive transformation initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of people transformation initiatives on organizational performance.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in people transformation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in HR, with a proven track record in people transformation and organizational change.
• Certification in HR leadership or organizational development (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR).
• Strong understanding of HRIS systems and experience with tools like Workday, BambooHR, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Proven ability to drive cultural change and improve organizational performance.
• Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
