Sicepat Express Indonesia is looking for a dedicated RM Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will work closely with our Relationship Managers to ensure that our clients' needs are met and that our business objectives are achieved.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients,Work closely with Relationship Managers to ensure that clients' needs are met,Assist in the development and implementation of client strategies,Monitor client performance and provide regular reports,Identify and address any issues or concerns raised by clients,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions,Attend client meetings and events as required,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a must
