You will be responsible for promoting and selling our retreat to high-net-worth individuals and travel enthusiasts.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.,Prospect and convert potential clients through various channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, and digital platforms.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Provide exceptional customer service to address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the retreat through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and events.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.,Attend and participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand the client base.,Manage and track sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the luxury travel or hospitality industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Fluency in English, with knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia an advantage.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel and client meetings.
