📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Manage the entire recruitment process, from job advertising to candidate selection and onboarding.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with business goals.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Maintain a strong employer brand and promote the company as an attractive workplace.,Provide guidance and support to junior recruitment staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in hiring and onboarding talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
