PT Digital Wira is looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Shop Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to shoppers, answering questions and resolving any issues that may arise.,Manage inventory levels, ensuring that products are well-stocked and organized.,Assist in the organization and presentation of merchandise to create an appealing shopping environment.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Handle cash handling duties, including opening and closing the cash register.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Assist in the training and development of junior staff members.,Maintain a clean and tidy shop environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or shop assistant role.,Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.,Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Basic computer skills, including the ability to use point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of retail software and systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy items.
