📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and deliver engaging workshops and activities for students aged 8-16.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with educational standards and curriculum.
• Mentor and guide students in their creative and personal development.
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and collaboration.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure program quality and consistency.
• Promote the club's values and mission to students and parents.
• Attend and participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in education and extracurricular activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or instructing, preferably in an extracurricular setting.
• Strong knowledge of child development and learning theories.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Creative and innovative thinking skills.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent experience.
