We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Procurement Staff to join our team at Sumber Indra Cafe & Coffee. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of supplies, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process by managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.,Ensure timely and accurate delivery of supplies and equipment.,Maintain and update procurement records and databases.,Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.,Conduct cost analysis and negotiate prices with suppliers.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations.,Support the procurement team in achieving departmental goals and objectives.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant procurement software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.,Familiarity with the coffee and beverage industry is a plus.
