Bay Smart Lestari is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Warehouse Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high standards of inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a proven track record in managing warehouse teams.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstocks.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.,Monitor warehouse safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and prevent losses.,Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to implement new processes and improve existing ones.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of inventory management systems and software.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of warehouse safety and compliance regulations.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
