📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain a strong network of farmers and agricultural businesses in the Tangerang Selatan area.
  • Promote and sell Crown Seed Unggul's products to potential customers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to showcase our products.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and market conditions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure product knowledge and sales strategies are up-to-date.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural or seed industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with agricultural practices and seed technology.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
