📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the company.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with the company's goals and values.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation packages to attract and retain top talent.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Coordinate with management to address workforce planning and development needs.,Organize and facilitate team-building activities and events to strengthen employee engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record in a similar role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of coffee industry and its operations is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
