Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Maintain a clean and organized cash register area,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Assist in inventory management and stock control,Provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant shopping experience,Follow company policies and procedures,Participate in training and development programs,Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily targets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with basic accounting and inventory management,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Proficiency in using cash register systems,Willingness to work both in the office and remotely,Ability to meet daily sales targets
