Shine Bloom Group is looking for a talented Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our company, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing financial analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work well in a remote environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and financial planning.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements.,Manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure the financial health of the company.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Coordinate with external auditors and accountants as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance management role.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
