Sentral Zahra Health Center is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As our Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide delicious and nutritious meals to our patients and visitors. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, cooking, and serving.,Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to health and safety regulations.,Manage the restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all food and beverage inventory.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained at all times.,Work with the health center's administration to ensure that the restaurant's operations align with the center's overall goals and objectives.,Participate in regular meetings with the health center's leadership team to discuss restaurant performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Experience in managing a restaurant in a healthcare setting is a plus.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others.,Familiarity with health center operations and policies is a plus.
