In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our regional office, managing a team of Area Managers, and ensuring the successful execution of our projects. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the operations of the regional office, ensuring all activities are aligned with company goals and standards.,Manage and mentor a team of Area Managers, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.,Develop and implement strategies to improve regional sales and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.,Identify and address any operational issues, implementing solutions to improve efficiency.,Conduct regular site visits to assess the performance of Area Managers and provide feedback.,Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a sales or business development capacity.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving business growth.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
