Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the market,Develop and implement market research strategies to gather insights on customer preferences, behaviors, and needs,Analyze market data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for marketing strategies,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure market research findings are effectively communicated and utilized,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in market research,Manage and mentor junior market research analysts to ensure the successful execution of research projects,Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate research findings to stakeholders,Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and initiatives based on market research insights

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in market research, with a focus on strategic marketing insights,Strong analytical and data interpretation skills,Proficiency in market research tools and software, such as SPSS, NVivo, or similar,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills,Knowledge of the Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus
