📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the procurement process to ensure timely delivery of goods and services at the best possible prices.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions.,Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for cost savings and value-added services.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess inventory.,Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient procurement operations.,Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and regulations.
