📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with international standards and regulations.,Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.,Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and patterns, and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.,Train and mentor junior quality assurance staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.,Ensure all products meet customer specifications and quality requirements.,Work closely with suppliers to ensure consistent quality of incoming materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry.,Strong knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001.,Proficiency in quality assurance software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
