📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage civil and structural engineering projects on-site, ensuring adherence to design specifications and project timelines.,Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and implement corrective measures.,Coordinate with project teams, including architects, contractors, and other engineers, to ensure seamless project execution.,Prepare and submit progress reports, technical drawings, and other documentation as required.,Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site personnel.,Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to address project requirements and concerns.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in site civil and structural engineering, with a focus on hotel and high-rise projects.,Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering engineering projects.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes, regulations, and safety standards.,Proficiency in using engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant applications.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
