📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collect, clean, and analyze HR data to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
• Write and execute SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
• Create reports and presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
• Support the development of HR metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR data analysis or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of HR metrics and best practices.
• Certification in HR analytics or data science is a plus.
