📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement legal strategies to support sustainable business practices.
• Advise on legal matters related to environmental conservation and corporate responsibility.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on emerging environmental laws and policies.
• Draft and negotiate contracts and agreements related to sustainable business practices.
• Provide legal guidance to internal teams on sustainability initiatives.
• Monitor and report on legal risks and opportunities related to sustainability.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to advance sustainable business practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal practice, preferably in environmental law or corporate sustainability.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian environmental laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with legal software such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Certification in environmental law or corporate sustainability is a plus.
