📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Process payroll, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes, and ensuring timely payment to employees.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management and external stakeholders.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including tax laws and financial reporting requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Collaborate with the finance team to implement cost-saving measures and improve financial efficiency.
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed, such as assisting with vendor invoices and expense reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
