📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and submit accurate and timely customs declarations for import and export shipments.
Ensure compliance with all relevant customs regulations, laws, and procedures.
Conduct customs clearance audits and investigations to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
Maintain and update customs documentation and records, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bill of lading.
Provide customs clearance advice and support to clients, helping them to navigate the customs clearance process.
Monitor and analyze customs clearance trends and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, operations, and finance, to ensure the smooth and efficient processing of customs declarations.
Stay up-to-date with changes to customs regulations and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in customs clearance, trade compliance, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of customs regulations, laws, and procedures, particularly in the context of international trade.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
Familiarity with customs clearance software and systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to travel and work in different locations, including international destinations.
