🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in engineering management roles.,Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams.,Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices.,Experience with cloud-based technologies and scalable systems.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Familiarity with financial services and payment processing is a plus.
