📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in managing inventory using SAP and Excel, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to schedule and track shipments using tools like JDE or similar logistics software.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and delivery receipts.
• Monitor and report on key logistics metrics such as delivery times, freight costs, and inventory turnover.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistics-related issues and improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your logistics skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to safety protocols and compliance regulations to ensure the secure and efficient handling of goods.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to shipments and deliveries.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably in an international setting.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Familiarity with logistics software such as SAP, JDE, or similar systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
