📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assisting franchise partners with the setup and operation of their Lubeserv stations, including inventory management and sales processes.
• Conducting training sessions and workshops to educate franchise partners on our products, services, and best practices.
• Monitoring the performance of franchise partners and providing feedback and support to help them improve.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with franchise partners, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to SeaOil.
• Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to promote the benefits of our franchise opportunities.
• Assisting with the development and implementation of new initiatives to support the growth of our franchise network.
• Providing regular reports and updates to the management team on the status of franchise onboarding and performance.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in franchise onboarding, sales, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the lubricants industry and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to travel to various locations across Bali as needed.
