📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly, professional welcome.
• Assist guests with reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests.
• Provide information about the menu, specials, and events to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure that our establishment is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of events and parties.
• Promote our brand and recommend products and services to guests.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, representing Black Sand Bali with pride.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a hospitality role, preferably as a Host/Hostess.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.
• Professional appearance and grooming.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg of luggage or equipment.
