Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and emails from patients, providing accurate information and assistance.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure timely service.
• Maintain and update patient records using our in-house CRM system.
• Assist patients with insurance claims and billing inquiries.
• Provide information about medical services and answer patient questions.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies.
• Monitor and resolve patient complaints to maintain high service standards.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve customer service processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and familiar with medical terminology.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with Indonesian and English languages is a plus.
• Certification in customer service or related field is a plus.
• Valid ID and work permit for Bali, Indonesia.
