📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate with Korean doctors and medical teams to ensure smooth patient consultations and treatments.
• Handle patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and manage medical records using our in-house system.
• Assist in the organization and administration of medical procedures, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Translate and interpret between Korean and Indonesian, facilitating clear communication between medical teams and patients.
• Monitor and report on patient feedback and service quality to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the operations team to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest healthcare practices and technologies to provide the best possible service.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Korean and Indonesian languages.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or operations, preferably in the healthcare industry.
