• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to create a holistic learning environment.
• Utilize educational tools like Google Classroom and Seesaw to enhance learning experiences.
• Monitor student progress and adjust programs as needed to ensure academic success.
• Lead professional development workshops for educators to promote best practices in special education.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in special education, with a proven track record of success.
• Certification in special education (e.g., BCBA, BCaBA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising and mentoring staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with educational software and tools, such as Google Classroom and Seesaw.
