We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to help us grow our digital presence and reach new customers. In this role, you will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement affiliate marketing campaigns, leveraging platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Shopee. This is a full-time, work-from-office position in Malang, offering a competitive salary of IDR 2200000 - 2500000 per month.

As an Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales through affiliate partnerships, optimizing campaign performance, and reporting on key metrics. You will work with various tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and affiliate management software. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in digital marketing and a passion for the beauty industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Manage and optimize affiliate partnerships with influencers and affiliate networks.
• Monitor and report on affiliate campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Create and distribute promotional materials, including banners, links, and content, to drive traffic and conversions.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in affiliate marketing efforts.
